The National Authority For Remote Sensing & Space Sciences (NARSS), the Chinese institute of agricultural resources, Universiti Putra Malaysia and the Egyptian asset and investment management company signed three memorandums of understanding during a meeting chaired by Higher Education Minister Khaled Abdel Ghaffar on Wednesday.
One of the deals has to do with establishing an Egyptian-Chinese laboratory of smart agriculture.
NARSS and Universiti Putra Malaysia have agreed to cooperate in the field of smart agriculture and to exchange expertise in this regard.
NARSS also agreed with the Egyptian asset and investment management company to co-operate in detecting encroachments on state-owned lands.
