Egyptian Justice Minister Omar Marawan has said Egypt’s political leadership is keen on realising sustainable economic growth.
President Abdel Fattah El Sisi’s sponsorship of the first forum on business restructuring and investment promotion in the Middle East and North Africa region attests to the State’s serious interest in promoting investments and the economy, he said at the forum’s opening session here in Monday.
The two-day forum is organised by the Justice Ministry in partnership with the World Bank Group and Ansol trading corporation, and the Commerce Law Development Programme (CLDP) of the US Department of Commerce.
The latest decisions Egypt adopted through the Supreme Council for Investment reflect the State’s resolve to promote Arab and foreign investment by removing all obstacles facing this vital sector, he added.
