Egyptian Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Salaheldin on Thursday inspected the Helwan Company for Diesel Engines (Factory 909).
The minister listened to a presentation on company activities and productivity and performance statistics.
He was also briefed on the firm’s partnerships held with other government bodies and the agreements with international companies to localise industry and transfer the latest technology to company production lines.
The minister also discussed the latest developments in different projects in which the company takes part and future visions of future projects to boost the added value of industry, increase local manufacturing, and localise modern technology in accordance with government plans.
