CAIRO – Egypt is adopting a robust strategy and strong course of action in enhancing the healthcare services through enforcing an entirely digital system, said the Cabinet Information and Decision Support Centre (IDSC).
The digital health is witnessing significant growth and tangible development with the aim of improving the standard of healthcare in the country, the IDSC added.
The digital health industry depends on using artificial intelligence technologies in order to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare, it further said.
This came in a video published by the IDSC Thursday under the rubric “Innovation and digitalisation …. Egypt supports the healthcare services.”
The video shed light on the digital health industry around the globe, saying it is witnessing significant growth and tangible development.
The global digital health market size is expected to hit around $833.4 billion by 2027, the video showed.
The video also pointed out to the initiative of providing units for remote diagnosis for treating health cases in remote and marginalised areas.
