Egyptian Minister of State for Emigration and Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendi said that the National Election Authority (NEA) plays a major role in rendering electoral entitlement success, amid an atmosphere of transparency and facilitation offered to citizens inside and outside the country.
The minister made the remarks during a meeting with NEA Chairman Judge Hazem Badawy to discuss procedure and mechanisms of voting of Egyptians living abroad during the upcoming presidential election.
Meanwhile, NEA head hailed the role of emigration ministry in meeting the requirements of expats, asserting the necessity of providing all forms of support to the ministry to facilitate the voting process of Egyptians abroad.
