Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi shook hands with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Doha, where mutual affirmation was made of the depth of historical ties linking the two countries as well as the Egyptian and Turkish peoples, Presidency spokesman Ambassador Bassam Radi said in a statement on Monday.
There was also consent that this would be a beginning of the development of bilateral relations between the two countries, the spokesman added.
