The National Alliance for Social and Development Action is preparing to send a comprehensive humanitarian aid convoy to Gaza in response to the recent violence in the region.
The convoy will carry large amounts of food, medical supplies and other humanitarian aid, including doctors from various specialties, medicines, and medical equipment.
The alliance expressed its deep regret over the escalation of violence in Gaza, which it said threatens international peace and security and violates the United Nations Charter on human rights.
The alliance also reiterated its solidarity and full support for the Palestinian people.
It also said it will continue to send more humanitarian aid in all forms until the situation improves.
The convoy is being sent in accordance with the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, who has ordered the provision of urgent humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people.
This is part of Egypt’s ongoing support and solidarity with the Palestinian people in the face of the recent violence, which has resulted in the death and injury of many people.
