CAIRO – General Coordinator of the National Dialogue Diaa Rashwan said Friday no side is excluded from the presidential call for national dialogue except those “who have blood on their hands” or practice terrorism or violence or have been involved in terrorism or violence.
Up to 95% of parties, political forces and trade unions and public figures have positively responded to the presidential call, while the rest agreed to participate after providing the required guarantees, Rashwan told “Masr El Gedida” TV program.
Rashwan described the National Dialogue as the first initiative of its kind to be issued by a president since the July 1952 Revolution.
