Egypt’s Minister of Defense and Military Production Mohamed Zaki witnessed on Wednesday the implementation of the main phase of the Second Field Army’s mobilization command centers project.
This comes within the annual training plan of the Armed Forces.
Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces Osama Askar was present alongside a number of Armed Forces commanders.
Commander of the Second Field Army Mohamed Rabie asserted keenness of the Armed Forces general command to offer all needed support to the Second Field Army to reach the highest levels of combat efficiency in order to be able to efficiently carry out all missions entitled to its personnel.
Meanwhile, the minister held a meeting with a number of Second Army personnel and conveyed greetings of President Abdel-Fattah El Sisi for their continued efforts to accomplished any mission entitled to them.
He lauded the efforts exerted by Sinai people with the participation of the Armed Forces and police to restore security, stability and development in Sinai peninsula.
He commended awareness of the army’s personnel of the requirements of the current stage and their high morale.
