Grand Imam of Al Azhar Dr Ahmed el Tayyeb will attend a high-level debate on Wednesday at the UN Security Council (UNSC) on the role of human fraternity in boosting and sustaining peace.
Tayyeb is set to deliver a speech on the values of human fraternity, tolerance and mutual respect. His speech is meant to show the importance of those values in spreading and sustaining peace.
The grand imam will also focus on the message of Islam to achieve peace and security worldwide.
