Positive energy will be spread and help will be available for individuals at life’s crossroads, thanks to the Art of Managing Life.

A new agency dubbed ‘the Art of Managing Life’ was established within the purview of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Dr Nirvana Fadel, who chaired the new agency, said that courses in the art of living are available to all young people.

Courses entitled Know Yourself, Defining the Path and the Beginning of the Path are aimed at developing skills to meet the demands of the labour market and positive energy is the common thread to motivate trainees to live a better life.

Ministry of Youth and Sports Spokesman Mohamed el-Shazly said course instructors are accredited psychologists.

Enrolment for these courses can be through the ministry’s web page.

“Just click on the ‘Art of Managing Life’ for registration,” el-Shazly said.

Courses have so far been organised in Cairo, Giza, Ismailia, North Sinai, Port Said, and Sharqia governorates. The feedback is, well, positive.

Menna Ragab, one of many joining the courses, commented on Facebook, saying that the lectures are extremely helpful and full of positive energy and joy.
