When we mention the Wadi Degla Developments, we recall the company’s successes over the course of its work in the Egyptian real estate market, which exceeds 16 years. In such a span, the Wadi Degla Developments was able to put a strong footprint and a distinctive and unique mark in the real estate market; hence the establishment of 16 residential projects in many areas scattered throughout the republic, foremost among which is the Greater Cairo, Ain Sokhna and the North Coast, with a total of 30,000 units.
With a land portfolio estimated at 6 million square metres at present, the company also embarked in an expansion strategy within the Egyptian real estate market, which aims to complete the current projects and the continuation of search for promising investment opportunities. This, a statement by the company said, is in addition to its multiple residential projects all over the state; hence the implementation of six tourism projects in Ain Sokhna, the most prominent of which is the “Marina Wadi Degla” project, considered the company’s first business there.
Located on the Suez Road in the Ain Sokhna region on an area 630.000 square metres, the Marina Wadi Degla features 1.295 units, varying between chalets, duplexes, and villas on the sea directly. This is in addition to a hotel comprising 54 rooms, and commercial units, the statement said.

Occupying an area of 470 thousand square metres, the project enjoys the passage of Ain Sokhna Course through its land, which gives it an added advantage and uniqueness from other projects there,” the statement said.
It added that the project includes about 2000 units, in addition to a 4-star tourist hotel, with 110 rooms, in addition to restaurants, cafeterias, swimming pools, a health club and a private beach.
Scheduled to be completed in 3 phases, the first phase of the project has been delivered in full, the second is under way, and the third is set to be launched during the current year.
