Wael El-Kady, Board Member of Vision Exhibitions & Conferences LLC, said that the Turnkey Expo is set to include a group of major companies working in the field of technology and finishing materials, forecasting that the number of companies participating in the exhibition will be around 60 Egyptian and international ones.

“The set-to-participate companies will demonstrate and showcase the latest finishing materials as well as floor and wall cladding products,” Kady said, adding that about 200 brands are set to be exhibited and around 25,000 visitors are forecast to attend.

Karim Shalabi, managing director of the organizing company, explained that the Turnkey Expo will be held in cooperation with two main parties; the first is the (Studio 34), the owner of the most influential architectural events in the Arab world, and the second is the (Al-Décor Egypt – Decor and Interiors in Egypt), which is the largest Arabic speaking group and the most interactive and influential platform on Facebook.

He revealed out that the Turnkey Expo provides great investment opportunities for all parties involved in the construction and finishing field, foremost among which are the  developers, producers, designers and architects, especially in light of the great urban boom that the Egyptian construction and real estate market is witnessing, and in conjunction with the state’s plan for urban development and expansion in new communities such as the New Administrative Capital, New Alamein City, New Mansoura City and others.

“3000 architects and interior designers have been confirmed to participate in 32 lectures and workshops for the exhibition attendees,” Shalabi unveiled.
