Ten ships anchored at Red Sea harbors while 13,000 tonnes of goods were being handled, including commodities, 768 trucks and 71 cars, the Red Sea Ports Authority (RSPA) said in a statement on Tuesday.
Imports included 6,000 tons of goods, 397 trucks and 51 cars and exports included 7,000 tonnes of goods, 371 trucks and 20 cars, the statement said.
One ship arrived at Safaga Port while two others left the port, it added.
Three ships sailed into Nuweiba Harbor earlier in the day.
