Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has stressed the state’s keenness to observe the highest scientific, technical, psychological and health standards in selecting the best applicants for public jobs, and preparing and qualifying them at all levels.
The president made the remarks on Monday while witnessing a section of the tests for applicants to join a number of jobs in Transport Ministry’s affiliate bodies, Presidency Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy said.
The tests, he added, are carried out in cooperation with the Egyptian Military Academy, to enhance efforts to select the best cadres and competent elements from among the applicants.
The president said that the challenges Egypt is facing require preparing generations and cadres to a high level of competence, as well as making every effort to qualify them in a way that matches the state’s ambitious plans to achieve comprehensive development and progress in all fields at the hands of its youth.
