A supply ship belonging to the Egyptian Navy arrived at the Syrian port of Latakia on Monday, loaded with hundreds of tonnes of relief aid, in solidarity with Syria and its people and in an expression of standing by them in the post-earthquake painful humanitarian ordeal.

The aid shipment came in pursuance of directives given by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for the continuation of providing support and assistance to the brotherly Syrian people in facing the effects of the earthquake of February 6, 2023.
