Prime Developments announced that it has completed the implementation of more than 20% of the excavation works in “Harmont” project in the New Administrative Capital, which started last December, by following a strong and specific implementation plan.

Sherif El Domyati, Prime Developments Commercial Director, said that the work in the project is done according to a plan based on commitment and quality, as the company’s target is to finish implementation and delivery according to the specified dates to maintain its clients’ confidence, as well as the adherence to the time schedule set with the Administrative Capital Company.

He added that it is planned to finish the implementation of excavation works by the end of the first quarter of 2023, besides starting the implementation of concrete works during the second quarter of the year, as accelerating the implementation rates during the current time is a safety factor to protect companies from the gap between the selling price and the implementation cost, especially within the rising prices of building materials.

He stated that “Harmont” project is a commercial and administrative project located in the heart of the Downtown of the New Administrative Capital. The project was designed according to the highest global specifications and standards. Moreover, the project is covering an area of 2600 meters and includes a ground floor, 12 floors, and 4 floors as underground garages, with a total number of 240 units, varying between commercial and administrative units.

He added that the company succeeded in achieving distinguished sales rates in a record time, among a specific marketing plan. In addition, the company is working on achieving the balance between implementation and sales plans in order to deliver the project on time and according to the specified cost.
