Egypt’s Housing Minister Essam el Gazar followed up on the implementation of the different projects currently done in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) including the Central Business District, Central Park, 3rd Residential District (R3) and New Garden City.
Gazar said that the projects include the Iconic Tower which is the highest tower in Africa with a height of 400 meters, adding that the investments of this project is 3 billion dollars and it is implemented by the Ministry of Housing and the Chinese company of CSCEC, one of the biggest construction companies in the world.
The implementation activities in Central Park reached 90%, he said, adding that the project includes green areas, lakes, playgrounds, bike lane, restaurants complexes, entertainment zones and an area allocated for establishing future investment projects.
