Casablanca, Morocco – Egyptian club Pyramids finished preparations in readiness for their clash against Raja Casablanca of Morocco in the second-leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semi-final at the Stade Mohammed V on Sunday at 9:00pm Cairo Local Time.
Raja was held to a 0-0 draw by Pyramids FC in the first-leg encounter at the Air Defence Stadium in Cairo last Sunday.
With home advantage on Sunday, the Moroccan outfit remains the likelier aggregate winners, and if they do advance is set to meet Algerian team JS Kabylie in the July 10 final in Benin.
The Egyptian side reached the Confederation Cup final last season on their maiden appearance in Africa’s secondary club competition, only to lose 1-0 to Morocco’s RS Berkane.
