The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent on Monday a greeting cable to Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani to greet him on the Independence Day.
Sisi delegated presidential secretary Ahmed Mohamed Fouad to the Mauritanian Embassy in Cairo to offer greetings on the occasion.
