Egypt has expressed deep concerns over attacks by Iran and Turkey on Syria and Iraq over the past few days.
Egypt calls for halting such escalation to spare the region more factors of instability, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Abu Zeid in a statement Wednesday.
He added that Egypt is closely following up the developments around the clock.
