The Egyptian youth took the lead in marketing the New Administrative Capital’s projects after it was declared as a national Egyptian project from the current political leadership, Ahmed Ziada, Head of Marketing department at Arqa Development Group (ADG), said.
He added that the young people encouraged businessmen to invest in the new republic through the studies they presented for private investment projects; thus overcoming the challenges facing the New Capital marketing.
Ziada made these remarks during a speech he gave at the third session of the Youth Social Responsibility (YSR) Conference, which was held at the Museum of Egyptian Civilization under the auspices of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Ministry of State for Migration, in the presence of many senior statesmen and influential figures.
“In 2017, I have faced a great challenge, represented in the marketing the first mall in the Administrative Capital, as the process was not limited to marketing but it extended to raising awareness of the capital and introducing its different areas to the target audience, especially the idea of investment and its returns in the medium and long term,” Ziada said.
He added that the current marketing challenge is represented in the improper pricing of the units due to the entry of some new developers who marketed their projects with wrong financial studies.
The 33-years old Ziada has held several important positions in a number of private real estate companies in East Cairo. His dedicated work contributed to the success of a number of new emerging companies to become of the largest developers at present. At the companies he oversaw their marketing and sales plans and strategies, Ziada pushed sales in the last 3 years as combined to the threshold of more than two and a half billion Egyptian pounds.
