EL ALAMEIN – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli asserted Egyptians work together as one fabric and Egypt embraces its people without any discrimination or bias.

Madbouli welcomed youth who are participating in the 3rd Logos Coptic Youth Forum (LYF) 2022 during a meeting with Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese and Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendi Monday.

As many as 90 young people take part in the forum, in the presence of a number of bishops and church leaders.

In an address, Madbouli pointed out to projects of presidential initiative “Decent Life to upgrade the Egyptian countryside which is inhabited by nearly 60 million citizens.

Villages in the countryside were built several years ago and they suffered from tangible lack of offered services, said the premier.

The state seeks to finalize the first phase of the initiative by the end of the year, which will be followed by another two stages, according to him.

“The aim of the new republic is to achieve the best quality life for Egyptians.”

The achievements accomplished so far have been made amid very cruel circumstances, including Covid-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, he said.

“Despite that, we are capable of overcoming all these challenges.”

“Other challenges may loom ahead, the most significant of which is building the Egyptian personality, an important program that is adopted by the Egyptian government,” added Madbouli.

In turn, Gendi said she is happy with the premier’s meeting with youth taking part in the forum, which, she added shows the government’s utmost keenness on shedding light on projects being implemented on the ground.
