Youth and Sports Minister Ashraf Sobhi thanked the UAE for its support of Egypt at all levels.
He highlighted the depth of bilateral ties, referring to co-operation between the ministry and the Zayed Foundation in major projects.
This came during a video-conference meeting on Wednesday between Sobhi and Secretary-General of the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination Abdullah Abdul ‘Alali Al-Humaidan.
The talks had tackled the progress realised so far in establishing speech therapy centres nationwide.
The minister said 38 speech therapy centres have been set up so far, highlighting his interest in launching these centers at youth sports centres.
He noted that the state plans to establish 60 speech therapy centres nationwide by 2023, adding that this falls within the framework of a memorandum of understanding between the ministry and the Zayed Higher Organisation For People of Determination.
