CAIRO – The Egyptian men’s foil team qualified for the round of 16 of the Fencing World Championships held in Egypt on July 15-23 under the auspices of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli.
The Egyptian team defeated Australia 45-26 in the round of 32.
Egypt will take on Ukraine in the round of 16 later in the day.
