The construction works of the ‘I Business Park’ have commenced 10 days ago, following the completion of the project excavation works together with all the designs and engineering drawings, a senior company official said.
Eng. Mahrous El-Zeiny, Chairman of Arqa Development Group (ADG), stated during the Iftar and Suhoor ceremonies organized by the group that the goal of holding such concerts is to support its superior family, represented in employees, leaders and customers as well, and to emphasize the highest leadership of the real estate market in general and the Administrative Capital in particular.
They are also meant to reassure customers of their investments in the “I Business Park” towers project, and to announce offering of the ‘Aviary Park’ project, Eng El-Zeiny also said.
Ahmed Gamal El-Din, CEO of ADG, reviewed the vision, goals and strategies of the Group planned for the next phase, in addition to the achievements made during the first quarter of this year.
Haitham Kamel, Head of Sales Sector at the Group, stated that “Aviary Park” enjoys a direct view over the Al Masa Hotel and the Iconic Tower, with spaces for commercial units starting from 65 meters and for administrative units starting from 37 meters.
“The prices start from LE80.000 and LE235.000 for the administrative and commercial units respectively and the sales areas of the project are estimated at 11.000 square meters,” Kamel said.
For his part, Ahmed Ziada, Head of the Group’s Marketing Sector, explained that the secret of naming this stage as “Aviary” is due to the global concept of tree and bird reserves, pointing out that the Research and Development Department has carried out many studies worldwide to reach a distinguished real estate product.
The reserves that have been announced will transform the project into a distinguished tourist attraction in the Administrative Capital.
