25 container, cargo ships handled at Damietta Port

DAMIETTA – As many as 25 container ships and cargo vessels were handled at Damietta Port in the past 24 hours.

In a statement released on Saturday, the Damietta Port Authority said the total trade volume of exported goods from the port reached 25,964 tons.

Meanwhile, the total trade volume of imported goods into the port recorded 53,644 tons, according to the statement.

Wheat reserves at private sector warehouses registered 208,639 tonnes.
