Officials at the Sales Department of the Egyptian Developers real estate company has stressed that there is a strong company strategy to reach the target customers of the company’s various projects and achieve the sales plan.

The company plans to achieve contractual sales of about one billion Egyptian pounds in the “JAYA Business Complex” project during the current year, and to bolster the size of the projects being developed at present to about LE3 billion over the next two years, they explained.

Sales Director Amr Attia, said  that the  company has recently launched the ‘JAYA Business Complex’ project – the first company project in the Downtown area of the New Administrative Capital. The company aims through such a project to be a starter for developing subsequent projects in the New Capital in addition to developing the company’s land portfolio.

“The project is located on an area of 6,000sqm and the sales area of the project is 20,000sqm,” he said, adding that delivery of the project will be within three years following contraction with customers, but the company plans to deliver the project before this date. The project includes a commercial and administrative part.

He expected an active real estate market performance during the current year, as there is a continuous increase in reservation rates in various real estate projects, especially those implemented in the New Capital.

Sales Director Sherif Helmy added that the company plans to develop its land portfolio to reach by the projects it is developing at present to about LE3 billion of investment during the next two years, pointing out that the company is seeking to reach more-diversified strata.

Haytham Al-Gharib, a sales director, explained that the primary goal of implementing the company’s projects is distinction and strong competition in the New Capital, and to reach target customers as well as provide payment systems that suit the clients and at the same time fit the company’s financial plan.
