Egypt-TEDA SEZONE Development Company hereby announces the opening of bidding for qualified and licensed providers to participate in the tender for New Bypass Connection Works between 630mm new water line and 500 mm water line belonging to Egypt-TEDA SEZONE Development Company.
I. Works Overview and Bidding Scope:
Works Overview:
– Install 630mm and 500 mm Water Pipeline Connection & Valve Chamber Works to execute the required water network modification works, including the installation of valves, pipeline, fittings, and a concrete valve chamber to ensure proper operation and connection of the water network.
– Complete the required water network connection.
– Install and commission the 500 mm and 630 mm butterfly valves.
– Ensure proper installation and accessibility of valves and fittings.
– Construct the required concrete chamber.
– Complete the works safely and in accordance with TEDA requirements. (as mentioned in the Tender Documents).
(2) Location: The works is located in Expansion area of 3rd sector of north-west Gulf of Suez Economic Zone, TEDA, Ain SokhnaIndustrial Zone, Suez Canal Economic Zone, Egypt.
(3) The planned works period requirements: (7) Days after the winner get signing the contract.
(4) Project quality requirements: should meet SEZONE acceptance standards.
II. Deadline for Announcement and Acquisition of Bidding Documents (Egyptian Time):
(1) The bidding announcement of this tender project will be published from 14/10/2026 to 14/10/2026.
(2) The deadline for obtaining the tendering documents for this bidding project is: 18/10/2026.
(3) The deadline for submission of the bidding documents for this bidding project is: 26/10/2026.
(4) The tenderer will not accept any bidder who fails to receive the bidding documents within the time limit.
III. The Control Price should be: 2,100,000 EGP
