Israel has failed to comply with the terms of the Gaza ceasefire, particularly those related to humanitarian aid and relief operations, Mohammad Abu Afash, director of the Medical Relief Society in Gaza, told Al Qahera News television.
The director said medical providers had become unable to deliver services to residents amid the spread of epidemics and disease.
Abu Afash accused Israel of targeting densely populated areas, including schools and crowded camps, and rejected Israeli claims that its strikes were aimed at fighters.
The water supply in Gaza was not fit for human consumption and had caused numerous illnesses, he added.
