Air Cairo has signed agreements to implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in partnership with Salesforce, the global leader in CRM solutions, and Arcsen, which will be responsible for implementing and operating the platform.
The signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from the three companies, including Hussein Sherif, Chairman and CEO of Air Cairo; Mohammed Al Khotani, General Manager of Salesforce for the Middle East; and Mohamed Abdel Salam, CEO of Arcsen, along with representatives from their respective teams.
During the ceremony, Sherif said the agreement is part of Air Cairo’s strategy to modernise its digital infrastructure and adopt advanced technology solutions in line with the rapid developments in the aviation industry, while enhancing the services provided to passengers.

He added that implementing the CRM system marks a qualitative leap in strengthening the company’s relationship with its customers.
The platform will enable Air Cairo to deliver more efficient and personalised services, improve response times, and enhance communication with customers across multiple digital channels, ultimately increasing customer satisfaction and supporting the airline’s future growth plans.
Under the partnership, Salesforce will provide its advanced CRM technology, while Arcsen will oversee the implementation and operation of the digital platform, ensuring the adoption of global best practices and high operational standards.

The project represents a significant milestone in Air Cairo’s digital transformation journey, making it one of the first Egyptian airlines to adopt the Salesforce CRM platform. The initiative will strengthen the airline’s customer service, sales, and marketing capabilities while helping deliver a more seamless and innovative travel experience.
The agreement also reflects Air Cairo’s commitment to investing in modern digital solutions that enhance its competitiveness and support the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s vision for improving service quality and the overall passenger experience.
The airline has previously introduced several digital services, including Online Check-In and the Air Cairo Holidays platform, which offers flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation services, in addition to other digital initiatives that have positioned Air Cairo among the pioneers in digital innovation within the sector.
