Egypt has strongly condemned the continued Iranian attacks targeting Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan, describing them as a dangerous escalation that threatens regional security and stability.
In a statement released by the Foreign Ministry on Thursday, Egypt also stressed that these attacks constitute a violation of the sovereignty of the three countries and an infringement on their security and the safety of their citizens and residents.
The statement reaffirmed Egypt’s full solidarity with Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan, underscoring its unwavering support for the three brotherly nations in confronting any threats to their security, stability and territorial integrity.
Egypt also reiterated its firm rejection of all actions that contribute to widening the scope of the conflict or jeopardise the security of Arab states, calling for respect for the sovereignty of nations and renewed efforts to preserve regional peace and stability.
