Egypt’s Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli attended on Wednesday the handover of 50 fully equipped mobile technology centres from the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development to the Ministry of Justice to expand notary and real estate registration services across the country.
The initiative forms part of the government’s efforts to improve public services in line with Egypt Vision 2030, which aims to accelerate digital transformation and make government services more accessible.
Madbouli said the new mobile units will help reduce pressure on fixed service offices, shorten transaction times and improve access to notary and registration services, particularly in underserved areas.
He also inspected a number of the vehicles, which are equipped with modern technology to provide a full range of notary and real estate registration services.
Justice Minister Mahmoud El Sherif said the mobile centres support the state’s digital transformation agenda by bringing government services closer to citizens and improving service quality nationwide.
Minister of Planning and Economic Development Ahmed Rostom said the latest delivery brings the total number of mobile technology centres dedicated to notary services to 93.
He added that the units are equipped with electronic payment systems and advanced digital security features to ensure safe and efficient transactions.
