Egyptian Agriculture Minister el-Sayyed el-Qusair asserted that the Egyptian-UAE relations are historic and distinguished.

There is a high-level coordination between the leaders of both countries, he said, adding that the volume of UAE investments in the Egyptian agricultural investment sector exceeded 7 billion dollars.

Qusair’s remarks came in an interview with WAM news agency during the participation of the Egyptian Agriculture Ministry in week of food, agriculture and means of living in Expo 2020 Dubai.

There are several opportunities in the Egyptian agricultural sector after it witnessed sustainable improvement and unprecedented support from Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi within the past seven years, Qusair said.
