The team started strong with a 3-2 victory over Botswana, followed by four consecutive clean sheets: 2-0 against Tunisia, 3-0 against Comoros, 1-0 against Somalia, and 2-0 against South Africa.
The national team is represented by the Egyptian Football Association in collaboration with the Egyptian Esports Federation. This FIFA-organized tournament features a talented Egyptian roster consisting of players Moaz Abdullah, Amr Khaled, and Sameh Talaat, all led by head coach Youssef Ali.
Following their undefeated streak on day one, the squad returns to action today to face the Seychelles.
The team looks to maintain their momentum and solidify their path toward qualification for the 2026 finals.
