CAIRO – Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk announced Friday unprecedented real estate tax incentives, raising the exemption limit for primary residences to 8 million EGP and capping late fees at the value of the original tax debt.
President Sisi inaugurates East Nile Monorail in New Capital
CAIRO- President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Friday inaugurated the East Nile Monorail and the Green River district in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
Presidential spokesman Mohamed el Shennawy said President Sisi travelled via the monorail to the recreational area in the Green River zone, accompanied by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, Transport Minister Kamel el Wazir and Chairman of the Administrative Capital for Urban Development Khaled Abbas, marking the inauguration of the East Nile Monorail and the Green River area in the new capital. The project includes the world’s largest central park.
The president also shared Eidul Fitr celebrations with a number of children and distributed gifts on the occasion, before joining attendees for breakfast.
Spanish Embassy in Cairo: No difficulties in granting visas to Egyptian national team
CAIRO- The Spanish Embassy in Cairo stressed on Friday that there have never been any difficulties in granting visas to the Egyptian national football team.
The embassy affirmed its full readiness to facilitate visa issuance should the team mission choose to travel to Spain.
