ADDIS ABABA – Africa Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) said on Friday that the tally of coronavirus infections in the continent reached 11,028,833 cases, while confirmed fatalities reached 242,755.
In a statement, Africa CDC said more than 220,617,343 people have been inoculated all across the continent, while recoveries were estimated at 9,959,095 with South Africa suffering the highest rate of infections followed by Morocco, Tunisia, Ethiopia and Libya.
