EgyptAir, the national carrier, celebrated the 71st anniversary of its tourism sector, Karnak, by offering special promotions to customers on tickets from Egypt to international destinations, with discounts of up to 50% in Economy Class and 25% in Business Class. The company also provided complimentary stays at luxury hotels and other gifts.
The celebration was attended by Pilot Mohamed Alyan, Chairman of EgyptAir, Soheir Abdullah, Head of EgyptAir Airport Services, Khaled Atwa, Head of EgyptAir Ground Services, Pilot Hafez El-Sheti, Vice President of EgyptAir Airlines, along with other sector heads and company executives.

During the event, several outstanding employees were honoured in recognition of their significant contributions and efforts in supporting the success of the tourism sector.
Ashraf Rateb, Head of the “Karnak” Tourism Sector, stated that the sector continues to develop its services, update its land fleet, and improve its new website and booking system to provide an enhanced tourism experience that meets customer expectations and supports Egypt’s tourism and economic activity in the coming period.
Notably, the “Karnak” Tourism Sector is the sixth oldest tourism company in the Egyptian market, having been established on February 9, 1955.
