Chief-of-Staff of the Egyptian Armed Forces Ahmed Khalifa returned to Egypt following his official visit to Kuwait accompanied by a high-level delegation.

During the visit, an official reception ceremony was held in his honor. The national anthems of both Egypt and Kuwait were played, reflecting the strong and historic ties between the two brotherly nations.

Khalifa met with Kuwaiti Defense Minister Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al Sabah where they discussed a number of issues of mutual interest within the framework of the close military cooperation between the Egyptian and Kuwaiti armed forces.

He also held talks with Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Army Khaled Daraj Saad Al Shuriaan.

The meeting addressed ways to further strengthen military relations and enhance the exchange and transfer of expertise between the armed forces of both countries.

Both sides affirmed their aspiration to expand joint military cooperation across various fields in the coming phase, underscoring their shared commitment to deepening strategic partnership and coordination.
