CAIRO – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Expatriates Badr Abdelatty reaffirmed full support for the vital and irreplaceable role of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in supporting the Palestinian people.
During the minister’s meeting Tuesday with Philippe Lazzarini, UN Under-Secretary-General and Commissioner-General of UNRWA, on the sidelines of the Bled Strategic Forum in Slovenia, the foreign minister stressed Egypt’s full support to UNRWA’s pivotal role in this respect.
