The sixth edition of the “Egyptians Abroad” Conference kicked off on Sunday in Cairo under the slogan “From Everywhere… Egypt is the Destination,” in the presence of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty.
The opening session began with a short documentary highlighting the Egyptian state’s efforts to support its citizens living abroad.
The session featured participation from Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Transport Kamel el Wazir, Minister of Housing and Urban Communities Sherif el Sherbini, Minister of Labor Mohamed Omran, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Mahmoud Fawzi, Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Education Mohamed Abdel Latif, and Chairman of the National Press Authority Abdel Sadeq el Shorbagi, alongside other senior officials, public figures, and media leaders.
