Infantino chooses Egypt for family vacation, showcasing global trust
Prime Minister Dr Moustafa Madbouli extended a warm welcome to FIFA President Gianni Infantino during his family vacation in New Alamein.
The Prime Minister made a phone call to Infantino to personally greet him and thank him for choosing Egypt as his vacation destination.
This gesture of hospitality was announced following a meeting between Minister of Youth and Sports Dr Ashraf Sobhi and Mr Infantino.
The meeting, which took place in New Alamein, was also attended by Engineer Hany Abo Rida, President of the Egyptian Football Association (EFA).
During the call, Madbouli expressed his gratitude to the FIFA President for selecting New Alamein City. He noted that this choice highlights international confidence in Egypt’s tourism sector and its reputation for security and stability.
The Prime Minister confirmed that Infantino’s visit demonstrates the appeal of Egypt’s modern cities, particularly New Alamein, as a premier global destination.
Minister Sobhi echoed the Prime Minister’s sentiments, welcoming the FIFA President and thanking him for his visit.
He also thanked EFA President Hany Abo Rida for his role in inviting Infantino to spend his vacation in Egypt.
