CAIRO – President Abdel Fattah El Sisi greeted on Tuesday the Egyptians on the occasion of the Police day and the January 25 Revolution.

In a post on his social media pages, Sisi said; “January 25 will remain forever in the memory of Egyptians reminding us of the heroism of policemen who showed the best model of sacrifice for their homeland in the Battle of Ismailia 1952 despite all difficulties.”

“This spirit was inspired by policemen over the past years to rid their homeland of terrorism and open doors for development and dignified living by their blood. And that is what the Egyptians called for during the January 25 Revolution,” the president added.

He also called for mobilising efforts to create a better future for Egypt.
