EgyptAir Holding Company announced the successful completion of a comprehensive safety risk assessment conducted by GHS, a leading global organization specializing in insurance risk assessment.

The rigorous assessment involved a thorough review of all security, safety, and aircraft service activities undertaken by EgyptAir and its subsidiaries.

The aim was to ensure full compliance with the regulations and legislation set forth by the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA), alongside alignment with recognized best practices within the international air transport industry.

The positive results of the assessment, which confirmed EgyptAir’s efficient implementation of all safety requirements and standards, were presented during the closing session.

The session was attended by Pilot Ahmed Adel, Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company, along with a number of leaders from the holding company and its subsidiaries, and representatives from GHS.

Pilot Adel expressed his appreciation for the dedicated efforts of the entire EgyptAir team. He confirmed that these successes are a direct result of continuous hard work and effective coordination across the various departments of the holding company and its subsidiaries.

This achievement, he noted, powerfully reflects the airline’s unwavering commitment to implementing the highest international safety standards.

Adel also acknowledged the invaluable technical support and cooperation provided by the GHS team throughout the evaluation process, highlighting that the review results serve as a significant catalyst for continued development and sustainable improvement.

The Chairman of EgyptAir Holding Company further explained that a key focus of the evaluation process was the company’s ability to address new developments and proactively enhance its safety system based on previous recommendations.

He added that the latest GHS report specifically lauded EgyptAir’s flexibility and effective response to challenges, particularly in light of the rapid changes characterizing the global aviation sector. The GHS team commended the company’s performance and its commitment to implementing recommendations with exceptional quality and transparency.

George Schneider, Chairman of GHS, commended the extensive and productive cooperation with EgyptAir over the past years.

He praised the exceptional level of collaboration and professionalism demonstrated by the company’s team throughout the audit process. Schneider underscored that this success significantly reinforces the confidence of international insurance companies in EgyptAir’s performance and its steadfast commitment to implementing the highest standards of operational safety.
