The Egyptian Assistant Minister of Interior for Administrative Affairs and Chief Executive of the Egyptian Hajj Mission toured some hotels accommodating pilgrims of the hajj lottery mission to check on the quality of services provided to them.
The tour falls within the framework of round the clock efforts to serve pilgrims and ensure a smooth and comfortable hajj mission.
The head of the mission also inspected the medical clinics set up by the lottery mission in the hotels.
He said that mission officers are present around the clock in the hotels to meet pilgrims’ needs, ensure their comfort, and respond immediately to any emergency cases.
Meanwhile, the pilgrims expressed appreciation for efforts of the Ministry of Interior’s hajj mission as well as the high-quality of services provided to them since their arrival to the holy lands.
