Ayman Arab, chairman of the Egyptian Airports Holding Company, met with employees to outline the company’s vision for the future in line with the Civil Aviation Ministry’s strategy. He emphasised that achieving success would require collective efforts from all employees to drive the company’s development.

During the open discussion, Arab highlighted plans to enhance airport services and boost passenger capacity amid growing regional and global competition. A key component of this strategy, he said, is the construction of Terminal 4 at Cairo International Airport, which will be the largest in Egypt’s history. The terminal is expected to accommodate 30 million passengers annually, with the potential to expand to 40 million.

Arab noted that the new terminal presents a major opportunity for talented employees to join its operations team, as it will be designed, built, and managed to match global standards.

He also stressed that human resources are the foundation of any successful system, and the meeting provided a platform for employees to share their suggestions on improving both working conditions and operational efficiency. Addressing their concerns, Arab pledged to accelerate efforts to enhance employee welfare.

At the end of the meeting, Arab honored several female employees in recognition of their dedication to their work alongside their family responsibilities.

The ceremony marked both International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, celebrating their contributions to the company’s success.
