CAIRO – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Badr Abdelatty has reaffirmed Egypt’s complete support for the Sudanese people in light of brotherly ties and bonds between both Arab countries.
The minister’s remarks came Friday during a meeting with his Sudanese counterpart, Ali Yousuf Al-Sharif, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference (MSC), held in Germany from February 14 to 16.
Abdelatty highlighted Egypt’s efforts to strengthen Sudan’s sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.
He also shed light on Egypt’s regional and international roles to back Sudan to resume its activities in the African Union.
