Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced Monday his rejection of proposals to displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip.
According to the Turkish Anadolu News Agency, the Turkish president said that “no one is able to expel the residents of Gaza from their eternal homeland that has existed for thousands of years,” adding that “Gaza, the West Bank and East Jerusalem belong to the Palestinians.”
