Many Palestinians were killed and injured in Israeli bombardment of several areas in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours, Wafa reported Wednesday.
In the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, 11 people were killed and others injured, most of them seriously in the bombing of a house belonging to the Shahin family on al-Barakah Street in the city.
Two other Palestinians were killed in the bombing of a house belonging to the al-Khatib family in Deir al-Balah.
As for the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, five Palestinian citizens were killed, including a woman and four others were injured as a result of an Israeli strike on a house of the Shaat family in Al-Nasr neighborhood north the city.
Also, two Palestinians were killed in an Israeli army drone assault targeting citizens in the Khirbet al-Adas area, while others were injured, some of them seriously, in a bombing targeting a group of Palestinian citizens in the western “Kaf Morag” area, north of Rafah.
In the Nuseirat and Bureij camps in the central Gaza Strip, seven Palestinian citizens were killed and others injured as a result of an Israeli raid on the Nassar family’s house south Nuseirat.
A Palestinian citizen and his wife from Shishniyeh family were also killed and others reportedly injured, as Israel pounded a house in the Bureij camp.
In Gaza City, seven Palestinian citizens were killed and others injured from the Harazin family in a bombing that targeted Al-Farabi School, which houses displaced people in Yarmouk Street, in addition to the killing and injury of another number of citizens as a result of an assault on Al-Ahly Club which shelters displaced people in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north the city.
