CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi Tuesday sent a cable to Emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to greet him on his country’s National Day.
Sisi delegated Presidential Secretary Mohamed Negm to the Qatari embassy in Cairo to extend greetings on the occasion.
